How do I book a desert safari?+
Choose a tour, pick an available date, add any optional extras, and pay securely online. You'll receive an instant email confirmation with your booking reference.
Is hotel pickup included?+
Yes — all Evening, Overnight and VIP tours include round-trip hotel pickup from anywhere in Dubai. Quad biking tours meet at our desert base camp; a hotel transfer add-on is available at checkout.
What should I wear?+
Comfortable, light clothing and closed shoes are recommended. Bring a light jacket for winter evenings and sunglasses. Swimwear or beachwear is not required.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?+
Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour date. For cancellations, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email and we'll process a refund per our policy.
Is the desert safari suitable for children and pregnant women?+
Dune bashing is a bumpy, high-speed activity and is not recommended for pregnant women or guests with back/neck conditions. Children are welcome; our driver-guides can adjust the driving style on request.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout. Payment is processed instantly and your confirmation email is sent right after.
How many people share a vehicle?+
Standard Evening and Overnight safaris use shared 4x4 vehicles (up to 6 guests). The VIP Private Desert Safari reserves the entire vehicle and camp table for your group only.
What happens if a tour is sold out on my preferred date?+
Availability updates in real time on our tour pages — if a date shows as sold out, please choose the next available date or contact us and we'll try to accommodate you on a different tour.
